No. The Config Kit helps your agent follow your project's rules. The Usage Saver Kit helps you see and reduce where your Claude Code usage goes. Each stands alone, and the bundle is for people who want both.
Is it only for Claude Code?
The Config Kit covers AGENTS.md, Cursor and Copilot files as well. The Usage Saver Kit is specific to Claude Code.
